This modern juke joint from James Beard-nominated Chef Greg Collier will serve a four-course, prix-fixe menu for $80 per person from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. Tickets include a champagne toast (for guests 21 and over), cold appetizer course, hot appetizer course, entree course, and dessert course. Come for an Easter a la carte Brunch in The Gallery Restaurant from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., or an Easter Buffet Brunch in the Ballroom from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Buffet includes seafood displays, carving stations, a crepe station, and a dessert display. The cost is $95 per adult, $45 for children ages 5 to 12, and complimentary for children 4 and under (pricing does not include tax or service charge).
