Fast Food Trade-off

Fast food is convenient and affordable, though far from the healthiest food to eat. Many fast-food restaurants, however, are serving healthier alternatives. Trade in some greasy fast-food bites for the following to save calories and fat grams – and remember to go easy on the sauces!
• A chicken fajita instead of breaded chicken sandwich.
• A baked potato instead of high-fat french fries.
• Nonfat frozen yogurt with a fresh fruit topping instead of an ice cream sundae.
• Water instead of soda.
