Mid-week means lots of soreness in those muscles, especially if you've been getting after it in boot camp. Doctors Nick and Stefanie Rodsater, owners of Adjusting the World Chiropractic, stopped in to the Burn Boot Camp Headquarters to give everyone their expertise on how to alleviate muscle soreness through foam rolling. They explain "trigger points" in the muscles that we all get after our tough workouts and demonstrate how to roll correctly.

They cover how to roll all the big muscle groups from hamstrings to abductors. To hear foam rolling knowledge like this from anyone else would cost time and money – so we made sure to bring the experts to you.

With regular workout routines, including those at Burn Boot Camp; adequate water intake; great nutrition; and routine foam rolling, you will be ready to take on each day's challenges.
