SKATE AT CAMP NORTH END

Come to Camp North End on Saturday, November 5 and take a spin on the 2,400-square-foot skating rink inside the Ford Building at 400 Camp Road. The experience includes artwork by local artists, a concession stand, and a DJ spinning pop, hip-hop/R&B, and funk tunes. HAVE A DINOSAUR ENCOUNTER

See more than 50 life-like dinosaurs at The Jurassic Encounter, a walk-thru adventure at Ballantyne’s Backyard. Families can dig for dinosaur bones, shop at the Dino Village, and play in the bouncy house. Tickets start at $19 per person, with options to purchase add-on souvenir prize packs for the kiddos. Kids under age 2 are free. Opening day is November 18 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The remaining days, through November 27, run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The exhibit is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24.
