Flu Season is Here! Need Free Cough Syrup?

I sure hope your house hasn’t caught what I am calling the “non-flu” flu this year. If your facebook feed is like mine, the past few months have been full of reports of a high fever, nagging cough virus and upper respiratory cold that lingers on for weeks.

Cough syrup isn’t cheap! Especially name brand ones like Delsym so any coupon I can use to make it easier to swallow is great.  Free is the best kind of all. Delsym has a Mail-In-Rebate offer going on right now that is worth the stamp and the time. Here’s a link to the rebate form for all regular retailers and here’s the form for Sam’s/BJs/Costco. 
 

Here is how to get your refund of up to $14.00 or $19.99 for purchases at wholesale clubs. There is one catch I’ve never seen on rebates I’ve done before which is you have to purchase the item and send in the refund within 15 days, but other than that this is a pretty quick and easy way to get some cough syrup on hand for when the next cold hits your house.

To receive your refund, please mail:

• A completed rebate form (this form),
• The original UPC code of the DELSYM® product purchased (cut UPC from package),
• Enclose the original, dated cashier register receipt dated between 11/1/2014 and 3/31/2015
• Indicate the product name and UPC code, with the purchase price circled (postmarked no later than 15 days after purchase)
