The Zappley Family: Going Strong and Staying Focused
The Zappley family continues to struggle with finding the time to plan for healthy meals and regular physical activity. Add to that the typical day-to-day stresses we all deal with, and, even with a strong commitment, making these changes as part of the Fit Family Challenge is even more challenging!
Despite this, Mom is marching forward with the effort. The public nature of her commitment, along with her inner strength, is helping her continue to be successful. She is flexible and willing to accept assistance and advice. This investment of time and effort is going to provide her with a foundation to bolster that commitment to her personal health and that of her family. If she continues to make fitness a priority, we believe she will reach her goals for herself and her family. She should be congratulated for her efforts!
Highlights of the Zappley family’s progress this week include the following:
- The family continues to participate in regular physical activity.
- Planning ahead is helping Mom stay on track to reaching her goals, despite any personal challenges.
- Mom is continuing to work with the personal trainers and is going to meet with a balance coach, as well.
