Microwave Banana Jam

3 cups sliced ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
2 whole cloves
Combine all ingredients in a deep microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high, stirring every couple of minutes until sugar dissolves, 5-10 minutes in all. Continue cooking on high until jam is thick – about 8-10 minutes more. Pour into jars and let stand until set. Store cool, packaged jam in the refrigerator.
