Burgeon Academy is a nonprofit private school founded in 2015 to offer a 6:1, unique, multisensory learning environment for children with emotional/behavioral and learning issues related to neurology, trauma and/or other diagnosed letter disorders who are nonviolent but fail to achieve in other private or public schools. We are currently enrolling 12 students for grades 2-6. Financial aid and partial scholarships are offered in limited availability. Our ideal student will be able to function within a group without danger to self or others and may need direct teaching in social skills, reading or math remediation which will be provided.
