HOW IT WORKS:

  • Fitness classes are FREE with your Class Pass.*
  • Each class you attend is worth 100 bonus points in the Fit Family Challenge.
  • You will receive an exclusive code at each class or event that you attend.
  • Code must be logged in online in the Fit Family Challenge Activity Tracker to earn points.

Air Restore

All levels class, fusing basic to advanced yoga poses with aerial silk hammocks to allow for a full body stretch that increases flexibility beyond what traditional yoga provides. Utilize the hammock as an apparatus to help delve deeper into your asanas. This is a slower paced, yoga based aerial class compared to our AIR and AIR Foundation. An added bonus? Enjoy a meditative nap at the end of class.

Air Foundation

AIR® Foundation introduces new clients to aerial exercises on AIR® hammocks. This beginner class will emphasize basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle action so that the body can learn how to balance on the AIR® hammock. AIR® Foundation is slower in pace than the traditional AIR® class, but still challenging. Regardless of its beginner pace relative to aerial exercises, AIR® Foundation will still deliver a tough workout. No experience necessary. We recommend new clients to take an AIR® Foundation class before graduating to AIR®.

Mom & Me

Mother/child bonding at its best! This specialty AIR® Workshop is designed for moms with little ones ages 4-10. While mom gets a core and cardio workout using the silk hammocks, little ones can join in the fun for an unforgettable bonding experience of flipping, flying, climbing and twirling! No experience necessary, gymnastics/dance background a plus.

The Essential Method has all the fun and energy of The Method class while moving at a slower place. While The Method is geared toward all levels, The Essential Method is designed for those of us just getting started or looking to focus on the fundamentals.

Barre Essentials
A 45 minute class set to fun and energetic music. Each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of thigh, seat, and core exercises at the barre.

Cadence Cycle
A 45-minute group cycling class designed for all fitness levels. It involves various cycling drills that offer an exhilarating cardiovascular workout. One of PushPointe's signature classes.

Cardio Sport
An intense total-body group fitness adventure that uniquely combines interval training, functional strength training, and sports-related movements. This class will challenge and inspire you to give your very best.

A PushPointe signature class, CycleFit 360 (FBC-Scriven Tag Team) is 30 minutes of cycling combined with 30 minutes of strength conditioning. Each class combines various cycling drills that offer an exhilarating cardiovascular workout and strength conditioning that provides challenging and dynamic whole body muscle conditioning using body weight, dumbbells, exercise balls, & body bars as resistance tools. This is not a beginner class, but participants are offered exercise alternatives to fit their individual fitness levels. Taught by Leonard and Sarah Scriven.

A PushPointe signature class, CycleFit 360 (Pump Up!) is 30 minutes of cycling combined with 30 minutes of Pump Up! Pump Up! is a barbell based class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low-to-moderate weight loads and higher reps, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly enhance your lean muscle.

CycleFit360 (Core Concepts)
A PushPointe signature class, CycleFit 360 (Core Concepts) is 45 minutes of cycling combined with 15 minutes of core exercises. Each class combines various cycling drills that offer an exhilarating cardiovascular workout and core conditioning.

CycleFit 360 (Get Fit Variety)
A PushPointe signature class, CycleFit 360 (Get Fit Variety) is 30 minutes of cycling combined with 30 minutes of strength conditioning. Every 4 weeks the format of the strength segment changes, but it's guaranteed to provide challenging and dynamic whole body conditioning. Participants are offered exercise alternatives to fit their individual fitness levels. Taught by 2 instructors.

CycleFit 360 (FBC)
A PushPointe signature class, CycleFit 360 is 30 minutes of cycling combined with 30 minutes of strength conditioning. A unique and challenging 60 minute class designed to give you a great cardio workout while incorporating carefully thought-out sculpting exercises to condition your upper body during the group cycle class.

Full Body Challenge
FBC (M60) a.k.a Full Body Challenge is a 60 minute class that features the PushPointe workout of the day which will be a combination of challenging dynamic whole body muscle conditioning using body weight, dumbbells, exercise balls, & body bars as resistance tools.

Hange 10
Suspension training at it's best. TRX is a total-body workout system that uses gravity against the individual's own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

HIIT Camp
HIIT camp is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.

Pump UP
A barbell based class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low-to-moderate weight loads and higher reps, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly enhance your lean muscle.

Youth Cardio Sport T-Fit
Designed to help youth develop healthy exercise and wellness habits; as well as, develop better balance and athleticism, improve speed and coordination, increase strength, and foster the love of movement. Ages 10-17.

Catawba Lands Conservancy/Carolina Thread Trail

Fit Family Challenge and the Catawba Lands Conservancy are partnering to get you out on the beautiful network of trails known as the Carolina Thread Trail! The Carolina Thread Trail is a regional network of family-friendly greenways, trails and blueways that reaches 15 counties, 2 states and 2.3 million people. There are over 250 miles of trail and over 100 miles of blueway open to the public – linking people, places, cities, towns and attractions. The Thread Trail preserves our natural areas and is a place for exploration of nature, culture, science and history. This is a landmark project that provides public and community benefits for everyone, in every community.

Check out the “Fit Family Challenge” category on the map under Trail Adventures to plan your hike and earn points for getting active on the Carolina Thread Trail! Plan out your hike, then for a code, please post a selfie or group photo taken on one of the Thread Trail segments and tag Thread Trail @ThreadTrail on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram as well as #fitfamilychallenge. An event code will then be sent to you for each trail you hike and submit a photo!

A centuries old Chinese practice that is designed to exercise the mind and body through a series of gentle, flowing postures that create a kind of synchronized dance.
