Beauty and the Beast in Concert Comes to Ovens Auditorium in January

A tale as old as time is coming back to the big screen at Ovens Auditorium, with live music provided by the Charlotte Symphony! Experience Disney’s beloved animated classic Jan. 12-13, overflowing with unforgettable characters and Alan Menken’s Academy Award-winning compositions. The performance is led by CSO Resident Conductor Christopher James Lees. Below, we’ve gathered some numbers to know surrounding this performance:
3,000,000: Album sales for the soundtrack, which went triple-platinum and had multiple editions that followed. The film itself garnered $331.9 million worldwide off of a $25 million budget.
