There are many methods of coping with stress in order to provide greater emotional and physical health. Here are a few key ways that you can deal with stress in a healthy way.
1. Find balance in your activities
If you are continually running from one activity to another, you will wear yourself out. Make sure the activities you are choosing to do are ones that are truly important and not a burden.
2. Practice gratitude
People who take the time to stop and evaluate the positive things in their lives are happier and less stressed. Showing your gratitude to others can help build your support circle too.

3. Understand decision fatigue
