Power Move: Jumping Jacks

Sure kids do them in PE class, but when was the last time you did 10, 15 or 50 jumping jacks? You can do them just about anywhere and they are sure to get your heart rate up, and you can do them with your children. Start with four sets of 25, and then make it a competition of who can do the most.
