Cranberry Mango Chicken
1 1/4 cup Europe’s Best Sunburst Mangos
1 cup Cranberry Sauce with Europe’s Best
Harvest Fresh Cranberries
6 Boneless chicken breasts
1 cup French Dressing (bottled)
1 envelope Dry onion soup mix
1. Place chicken breasts in a single row in an oven-proof dish.
2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl with a whisk. Pour over Chicken breasts.
3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
4. Serve with rice.
