Need a night out? Treat yourself while supporting a good cause at the Ronald McDonald House Storybook Ball. The black-tie event is happening Sept. 19 at The Hilton Center City Uptown Charlotte. This year is the inaugural event and is sure to be full of whimsy as the theme is Dr. Seuss’ “The Cat in the Hat.”

Attendees can enjoy a cocktail hour, seated dinner, exciting silent and live auctions, entertainment and dancing. Jane and Hugh McColl are honorary chairs, and all proceeds benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte that provides families of children being treated in area medical facilities with a safe, affordable and caring “home away from home.”
