Gift Shopping at 7th Street Public Market

Trying to get some holiday shopping done while you visit the market? Smart move. Many of the vendors at 7th Street Market will have unique gifts for sale during the  2018 holiday season. Some of our vendor and gift suggestions are below.

123 Charlotte

CLT Find

This Charlotte-themed staple is a must if you’re shopping for Queen City-made gear or products. From apparel to accessories to grooming and even children’s gifts (such as the “1, 2, 3, Charlotte” book pictured), CLT Find has a plethora of Charlotte items—especially for the friend or family member you’re trying to get to move here. A little subliminal messaging never hurt, right?

Zia Pia Imports

Maybe you come from an Italian family, or perhaps your friend is a foodie and loves to play chef. The offerings at Zia Pia are ideal for the Italian food lover, with imported truffle products, olive oil, and other Italian cooking must-haves available for purchase. Don’t forget to snag some specialty chocolate while you’re there, too.

Assorted Table Wine Shoppe

Everyone has an oenophile on their list. For the friend who guards “mommy’s juice” with her life or for the person you appreciate the most, a bottle of wine from Assorted Table‘s impressive collection will be a great gift. Or, if you’re taking gift-giving seriously this year, you can work with Assorted Table to curate a custom gift basket utilizing their goods plus others in the market.

Not Just Coffee

Some people just have high standards for coffee. Support a local business and your friend’s caffeine habit by gifting a few on you with a Not Just Coffee gift card. Or, purchase one of the delectable items on-hand from local coffee and sweets companies such as coffee caramels from Raleigh’s Slingshot Coffee.

Orrman’s Cheese Shop

Need something to add to the wine you’re gifting your mother-in-law? Orrman’s Cheese Shop has the answer. Peruse the assortment of premium regional, American, and European cheeses an accompaniments at this cheese shop in the market. You can also chomp into a grilled cheese while you’re browsing.

La Piccola Gabia

Savory lovers will be happy with cheese and wine, but for those with a major sweet tooth, you should look at La Piccola Gabbia‘s offerings. These locally baked artisan pastries are like those you’d find in a European coffee shop—so the world traveler on your list will love biting into these memorable treats.

It’s Poppin’

Specialty kettle corn is always a delicious gift, and It’s Poppin’ has one of the best selections in Charlotte. For gourmet kettle corn gifts in both sweet and savory options, It’s Poppin’ will satisfy any colleague’s snack habit.
