Springtime Chopped Salad

Prep Time: 25 minutes
Makes: 8 servings
What you need:
8 cups chopped lettuce
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, finely chopped
1 cup cooked crumbled bacon
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
Here’s How:
1. Divide lettuce evenly between 8 plates
2. Top each with “sections” of eggs, bacon, cheese, green peppers and tomatoes
3. Serve with your favorite salad dressing on the side.
4. Enjoy!
