Sesame Chicken

Skip the take-out and make your own sesame chicken at home!
Ingredients
4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
¼ cup flour
2 tablespoons canola oil
Coat chicken in flour and sauté in oil in a sauté pan. Remove from pan when cooked thoroughly. Discard oil in pan.
Sauce:
¼ cup lite soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic or 2 garlic cloves, chopped
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon sesame oil
1 ½ tablesppon sesame seeds
Directions
Combine sauce ingredients in the sauté pan. Cook 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Add chicken to sauce in pan and continue cooking until sauce is thick and bubbly. Serve with noodles or brown rice.
