Hornets Gear Will Get You Free Nuggets at Chick-fil-A in Charlotte

Get the details

If you wear Hornets gear to certain Charlotte-area Chick-fil-A locations today (Oct. 23) between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., you can get a free 8-count order of nuggets as part of a season opener promotion. It was recently announced that Chick-fil-A will be taking the place of Bojangles at Spectrum Center concession stands, starting with the 2020-21 season. Also, the Hornets say, they’ll be “introducing a ‘Nine for Nuggets’ promotion in which all fans in attendance will receive a free order of Chick-fil-A Nuggets when the Hornets record nine blocks or more in a home game.”

We called several locations from Concord Mills down to Matthews that said they were participating. (Though locations that close early are not participating.)

Also, a note for parents: Spectrum Center also partnered with KultureCity on a new sensory room for guests at events. With sensory activities and accommodations like dimmable lighting and special seating, attendees can take a break inside the room.
