GO. PLAY. SEE.: 4 Fun Things to Experience in Charlotte This Month

HONOR BREAST CANCER WARRIORS
Join WBTV’s Molly Grantham on Saturday, October 2 at 10 a.m. at Truist Field for the Taste of Charlotte Pink Cupcake Run/Walk and Breast Cancer Lap. The $25 registration fee gets you a cupcake from Kupkake Kouture and a #TeamMolly T-shirt, and proceeds go toward the Charlotte-based breast cancer charity, @go_jen_go. The event is the same day as Taste of Charlotte, so more than 100 restaurants will have samples at the stadium. If you donate more than $25 when you register, you’ll receive free coins to use on food at Taste of Charlotte. Sign up with Team Molly and bring the whole family.
PICK SOME PUMPKINS
Visit Carrigan Farms during the month of October to pick your own pumpkin on the 250-acre farm. Reservations are required for pumpkin picking and the cost is $12 per person for everyone ages two and older. A $2 per person, non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and the remaining $10 per person is due at the door. Carrigan Farms doesn’t accept credit cards at the door, so don’t forget to bring cash. 1261 Oakridge Farm Hwy., Mooresville. carriganfarms.com
TRICK OR TREAT WITH YOUR AMERICAN GIRL
