North Carolina Dance Theatre, led by award-winning choreographer Pierre Bonnefoux, has seasonal shows for children, including the anticipated “Nutcracker.” The North Carolina Dance Theatre School of Dance hosts classes, camps and workshops for interested dancers beginning at age 3.

Charlotte Children’s Choir
The Charlotte Children’s Choir includes more than 200 children ages 8-18, and is comprised of six main choirs beginning with a preparatory choir and progressing to the senior choirs. The Choir School at St. Peter’s hosts auditions for children as young as 7 with no prior training, and performs for the community throughout the year.
