Baby Greens with Pine Nuts

Salad:
6 cups Fresh Spring Greens
½ cup Shredded carrots
¼ cup Pine nuts, toasted

Dressing:
¼ cup Walnut Oil
1 Tbs Balsamic vinegar
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 tsp Honey

Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.  In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over salad; tossing to coat.
