Law Will Give the Boot to Junk Food

No more junk food in schools... Now there's a potential piece of legislation the Daily Post can get behind! First lady Michelle Obama is focusing on childhood obesity and legislators will introduce a law that will ban schools from selling junk food. Vending machines will have to offer more nutritious products.

Of course, bake sales and birthday cupcakes will be an exception. The beverage companies who encourage families to bring in labels from their products aren't happy. Many school officials are lukewarm about the idea too.
