Terms and Conditions: I will provide 600 promotional items, product samples or discount coupons for distribution in the gift bags. I understand that items must be delivered to the Charlotte Parent office by August 27, 2009 at 1 pm. All items are subject to approval. We encourage you to include a promotional item that will motivate our guests to use your product or service. Our experience has been that those businesses who provide items such as nail files, magnets, hot pads, travel mugs, etc. get the best return on their investment. Please note, if you plan to include a series of information and/or more than one item, all pieces must be clipped, stapled or assembled neatly together prior to reaching our offices. Items requiring Charlotte Parent's staff to collate will be considered individual separate items and will be charged an additional $250 fee.
