WHAT: 9Round consists of kickboxing and a mix of other exercises to get you on the right track. Boxing is considered "old school" and all of these programs work to incorporate cardiovascular and other regimens. One thing for sure is that you will never get bored and this is the fastest workout that produces the biggest results.

WHAT: Bootcamp is based mostly in Functional training, a classification of exercise that involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life. Functional training also involves weight bearing activities that target the core muscle of the abdomen and lower back. Instead of using machines that restrict motion to one direction, functional training uses equipment that calls for freer movement, increasing strength in the stabilizing muscles and improving balance. Various types of equipment used include cable machines, medicine balls, dumbbells, body weight, resistance tubes, rocker and wobble boards, balance disk and vibration equipment.

WHAT: Learn how to get fit with your children! This class is designed for parents and children ages 4-11. We will utilize many different exercise modalities including dance, yoga, circuit training, interval training, and games. WHAT: This class is for those who are new to yoga or it has been a while they have practiced.
