Replace Wait Time With Play Time

Concierge medical practice provides timely care for children.

How many times have you gotten a call from school to pick up your sick child and thought, “How am I going to be able to get into the pediatrician today?” Or how about those times you are about to travel and one of your kids is sick? Your first question is probably, “How am I going to get to the doctor before OUR flight?”

Signature Pediatrics has developed the perfect solution to that quandary. The doctors at Signature Healthcare heard these concerns from their patients and created Signature Pediatrics to solve the problem. Signature Pediatrics, the first and only pediatric concierge medical practice in the Carolinas, opened in June 2016 and offers the same service that Signature Healthcare has been providing for over a decade. That includes those critical last minute appointments that kids always seem to need.

The goal at Signature Pediatrics is to provide a true medical home, with ultimate accessibility and convenience while delivering the highest quality comprehensive, compassionate pediatric care. Parents find that their membership investment provides significant benefits in wellness and convenience for the entire family, and thus, peace of mind.

Advantages of Concierge Medicine

  • Minimal to no wait time with every appointment.
  • Low patient-to-doctor ratio.
  • 24/7 access, same-day appointments and “Virtual Visits” via the Internet or phone.
  • A thorough and unhurried approach–more time with the doctor to discuss all aspects of your child’s healthcare from infancy through adolescence and young adulthood, with a focus on prevention and wellness.
  • Comprehensive in-office services such as x-ray, IV medications and fluids, labs, and travel medicine.

With Signature Pediatrics you will always be able to bring in a sick child to be seen on the same day, and can schedule most other appointments on the same day or within 24 hours. Wait times have been greatly reduced or eliminated and you will experience little or no time in the waiting room. Even more importantly, once you’re with the doctor, there’s no rush.

How Does it Work?

Families pay an annual membership fee per child. This fee is in addition to ongoing medical care that is billed to insurance. The membership fee can be paid monthly or annually.

So when the call comes in from school or you need to head out of town, call one of the pediatricians at Signature Pediatrics to help. For more information on how the membership for the practice works, visit www.signaturepediatrics.org or 704-944-8388.
