Charlotte Parent continues to host special events in conjunction with many leading organizations such as the Charlotte Symphony Lollipops series. This year you'll see us out and about at other children's shows such as Theater Charlotte's "A Christmas Carol" and upcoming Charlotte Youth Ballet shows.

Young Authors 2010-2011 Young Authors Contest & Reception

A community favorite, for teachers, parents and children, this unique contest attracts hundreds of entries each year. Students grades K-8 submit heart-warming stories, funny anecdotes and colorful illustrations in categories by grade, as well as Spanish language and collaboration.

Charlotte Parent Living With Autism Fair

Join us May 14, 2010 from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm for a special day for families living with autism. $20 entrance fee. Pay now online or at the door. Hear Dr. Frank Gaskill of Southeast Psychological Services deliver an uplifting keynote address. Attend our discussion panels on Health & Nutrition and Milestones & Transitions. Connect with other families and caregivers and collect information in our resources room.
