Charlotte Parent is thrilled with the participation this year, receiving more than 535 books. And we came away inspired by the works of children from across the region — in public schools, private schools and homeschools. We saw the return of some young writers whose work we enjoyed last year. And even a few repeat winners! It was a thrill seeing their growth and getting to know them through their books.

At our Young Authors Reception this year, we enjoyed hearing the creative stories and seeing the colorful artwork from our young writers.
