Beginning Sept. 1, approximately 145,000 students can use their school identification numbers to access library resources.
CMS Students can now access Charlotte Mecklenburg Library resources using their student identification numbers.
Research projects are about to become much simpler for students in Charlotte-Mecklenburg School thanks to a partnership with Charlotte Mecklenburg Library that gives students increased access to the county’s public libraries.
Beginning Sept. 1, approximately 145,000 students can use their school identification numbers to access library resources. ONE Access allows students to borrow e-resources and access library databases just like any other library card. Students also can borrow up to 10 print or audio books (no DVDs or music CDs) without overdue fines, but are responsible for fees on lost books. Students are automatically enrolled in the program and are able to use their school ID number to access library services. For more info, visit cmlibrary.org/studentsuccess.
