It’s a pollinators’ paradise this summer as Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden opens two major seasonal exhibitions that celebrate the importance, beauty and majesty of pollinators.
After exploring the Garden’s annual beds, guests can make their way to the Bungalow of butterflies at an additional cost. Explore the life cycle of a butterfly and witness metamorphosis.
Pollinator Putting is art you can play. It’s a full 18 holes of miniature golf featuring the importance of pollinators.
Many activities will take place on the opening weekend, May 26 and 27. Special activities will be offered June 18 through 24 for National Pollinator Week.
June 27 is homeschool day, and a class on photographing butterflies is scheduled for July 29 at an additional cost. Advance registration is required.
Admission for Garden members is free, $12.95 for adults
