Description

This ethnic dance form is a part of a rich tradition of Caribbean life, evolving on stage and in the streets. Caribbean Dance is a form of expression and celebration. It was developed from African, Cuban, Brazilian, and Haitian dance forms like rumba, mambo, zouk, meringue, salsa, and reggae. Afro-Caribbean dance is performed with high energy, 4/4 beat with specific foot movement, while always maintaining fluid motion.
