Description

Charlotte’s Road to Revolution Exhibition is composed of 17 original oil paintings by Charlotte artist Dan Nance, 20 interpretive panels and eighteenth-century antiques that tell the story of Charlotte’s earliest days, including Charlotte’s first people, the Catawba Nation; settlement of the area by Europeans immigrants and African enslaved people; and Charlotte’s role in the Revolutionary War.
