Doctors Nick and Stefanie Rodsater, owners of Adjusting the World Chiropractic, stopped in to the Burn Boot Camp Headquarters to give everyone their expertise on how to alleviate muscle soreness through foam rolling. They explain "trigger points" in the muscles that we all get after our tough workouts and demonstrate how to roll correctly.
