Something BIG is coming to Charlotte. That’s the tagline for Big Air Charlotte, an indoor adventure gym that is set to open its doors in late August. In addition to wall-to-wall trampolines and foam pits, Big Air is 37,000 square feet of space with a three-tier Rubixtower climbing wall, bouldering walls, a Battle Beam, Ninja Warrior course, 650-square-foot laser maze and a mechanical bull sized just right for kids to take a spin.
Parents can kick back and watch or work in the mezzanine area while the kids play. There is also a full-menu snack bar with pizza and other kid-favorite foods. Big Air is located at the corner of North Sardis Road and Independence Boulevard.
General admission is $15 for the first hour and $7 for each additional hour. Specially themed days, pricing and jump times also happen throughout the week, including Toddler Time Tuesday- Thursday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. when jumpers ages 6 and under pay $8 to jump. Find them on Facebook and Instagram @BigAirCharlotte.
